The Regulations define the rules for using the online store operating at www.odziezowepole.pl run by Trzy Kruki sp. zoo.

§ 2

Goods prices and payment

All prices of goods are given in PLN, and additionally also in Euro (the customer can change the currency version on the website) and are gross prices, already including VAT.

The customer may choose the following forms of payment for the ordered goods:

  • a) payment in cash on delivery - the payment is collected by the courier delivering the parcel,
  • b) payment by bank transfer within 7 business days,
  • c) immediate payment by credit card via Przelewy24.
  • d) immediate payment by bank transfer or credit card via Przelewy24

- In the case of card payments, the completion date is counted from the moment of positive transaction authorization.

- Available payment methods:

Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro

Online payments


- If there is a need to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will be refunded to the bank account provided by the customer on the return form.


§ 3


Orders are shipped within 14 business days of placing the order (cash on delivery) or posting the payment (other).

The date of performance is the time of sending + delivery time.

Delivery time in Poland - up to 10 business days from dispatch.

The cost of delivery in Poland: free above PLN 300.

Delivery time for foreign shipments within the EU - up to 14 business days, outside the EU - up to 60 business days.

The cost of foreign shipments is determined individually depending on the country (cost in the range of PLN 30-350 depending on the country).

The Seller is obliged to provide Consumers with items without defects.

In relation to customers who are not consumers, the Seller is not responsible for any delay in delivery.


§ 4

Right to withdraw

A Customer who is a Consumer (a natural person making a purchase not related directly to its business or professional activity) may withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving reasons by submitting a relevant written statement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of Delivery. In the event of an effective withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, the contract is considered void.

The store guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the product price and delivery costs. The money will be refunded within 14 business days at the latest by bank transfer to the account number indicated by the Customer. The store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the item is returned or "proof of its return". The store does not cover the cost of returning the goods by the customer.

The Customer is obliged to return the purchased Goods immediately, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days. The goods should be returned unchanged.

To return a product:

  • 1. Print, complete and sign the return form and attach it to the package.
  • 2. Complete the returned product and pack it safely.
  • 3. Deliver, at your own expense, the returned product together with the completed statement to the address

via Poczta Polska S.A. or a courier by sending the Goods to the Seller's address. If the Customer who is a Consumer has made any prepayments, statutory interest is due on them from the date of prepayment. In the event of the Consumer withdrawing from the contract, the Seller immediately certifies the return of the benefit in writing.

The complaint should contain: Customer's data sufficient for contact, information sufficient to identify the order to which the complaint relates and the content of the complaint itself.

In the event of a complaint submitted by a Customer who is a consumer, the Seller will consider it within 14 days.

In the event of a complaint filed by a Customer who is not a consumer, this period may be extended.

The claimant may also exercise his rights on general terms, using judicial methods of pursuing claims, and in the event of consent of both parties - also out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and redress.


§ 6

Final Provisions

These Regulations are valid from 07/06/2020. and applies to contracts concluded from that date.

In relation to Customers who are not consumers, the court competent to settle any disputes is the court competent for the seat of the Seller.

Instructions on withdrawal from the contract | applies only to Consumers

The right to withdraw from the contract.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement electronically.

If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of the information on withdrawal from the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).

To meet the deadline to withdraw from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract: In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until proof of its return is provided to us, depending on which event occurs first.

immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for reducing the value of things resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.

Explanation: 'In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should only handle and inspect the goods in the same way as he could in a shop. For example: the consumer should only try on a garment, but not be allowed to wear it. '
